Set within one of London’s most exclusive postcodes, this Belgravia residence required a full suite of bespoke joinery across key living spaces. TECO was appointed to design, fabricate and install custom pieces for the dining room, anteroom, chef’s kitchen, gym and cinema.

Working in close collaboration with the interior architect and build team, we brought a layered brief to life, blending traditional motifs with contemporary technical requirements. Every piece was designed to work in harmony with the wider design scheme while meeting exacting functional standards, including integration with mechanical and electrical services across multiple zones.

Detailing the materiality and craftsmanship

In the dining room, a freestanding dresser and sideboard unit was crafted from American Burr Walnut in a bespoke stain, featuring satin brass double inlays, quarter cut walnut veneer and a scalloped plinth. The piece was completed with a framed bevelled mirror and marble stone top, balancing visual richness with understated elegance. In the anteroom, a traditional style door panel with solid walnut bead was enhanced with satin brass inlays and paired with framed glass shelving, cock bead framework and classic cornicing. Throughout, scalloped plinth details offered continuity while lighting was integrated with precision.

Elevating the kitchen, wardrobes and wellness areas

The chef’s kitchen combined traditional shaker style doors with concealed Sub Zero appliances, a Wharf Range oven and a marble clad island. A freestanding sideboard in figured sycamore featured stain matched solid maple beads and plinths. Elsewhere, bespoke wardrobes were designed with fabric inlays and refined mouldings, sprayed to match the project’s tonal palette. In the gym, TECO executed a full fit out in quarter cut American Black Walnut, including bespoke dumbbell racks from Solo Fitness. A solid walnut wine presentation unit and elevated screen housing in the cinema added to the sense of tailored luxury.
